Returning to UC San Diego After an Absence

Returning to UC San Diego is a simple process, whether you've been gone just one quarter or longer. 

If you have only been absent for one quarter, you are still considered a continuing student and can proceed to WebReg.

If you have been absent for two or more quarters, you must follow a few steps before returning to UC San Diego. Please visit the Returning to UC San Diego After an Absence page for instructions and submission period information.

Please note that there are strict dates to submit your application to return. So plan ahead in order to be able to return in the quarter you want to enroll.
