The Eighth College Residence Life staff works to foster opportunities for engagement, personal growth, and leadership development. We aim to create an enriching residential experience that encourages students to actively participate in their community while cultivating essential skills for their academic and personal success.

Our Residence Life staff, composed of our wonderful Resident Assistants (RAs), Housing Assistant (HA), Program Assistant (PA), Assistant Directors (ADRLs), and Director (DRL) are committed to creating a vibrant, supportive, and enriching living environment for all residents of Eighth College.
